In my animation video, I used stop motion. I used different miniature ladybugs that I had around my house and used a hand-made set of a forest that my mom made for her stop motion videos. I had a lot of fun moving the creatures and creating a story with stop motion. One limit that I ran into was that I didn't own a tripod so it was really difficult to keep the camera in the same place during each shot. I thought my final film was pretty successful for my first stop motion video, and I think this is a really fun way to make animations!

Project 10
In this project, we worked with film for the first time! We made two videos, one showing a dystopia and one showing a utopia, that were 30 seconds each. The dystopia shows a very bleak and disgusting world while the utopia shows a very angelic and beautiful world. The two videos are both completely different and highlight interesting differences between utopias and dystopias.

Project 9
In this project, we created magazines using our own photos and ideas. Amelia Diana and I worked together to create a fashion magazine called Diana Magazine. We had a lot of fun taking pictures of different fashion while we were on a trip in D.C. and incorporating those photos into our magazine.
